Robert Spagnoletti, chairman of the newly established Board of Ethics and Government Accountability which oversees the not-yet-established D.C. Open Government Office, will join us for a discussion about the audit and Teri Janine Quinn, president of the Bloomingdale Civic Association will share her observations on access to meetings in the District.
