More Records Produced in Pershing Park

2,000 pages of discovery materials were turned over to the plaintiffs in the Pershing Park case, which involved the mass arrests of protestors in 2002.  Discovery in the case originally ended in November 2007, but was extended following the late production of thousands of pages of documents. Plaintiffs lawyers say that records in the case have gone missing or been destroyed.  City Paper
